Bodies in Motion might have started with one class, but that's no more. Bodies in Motion is now a full suite of over 15 offerings from open play and preschool to ace throwing and team building. We have a goal, to get Bodies in Motion!

Today, we're going into the fitness classes offered by Bodies in Motion. These classes are a great way to get into the health and fitness world in a controlled setting with others just like yourself. They can help you find a new passion or try out a new sport. We welcome every level and many different ages. Let's get started!

Fitness Challenge

Our first offering is the Fitness Challenge. Our fitness program is about changing lives (and rear ends) so that thousands of people can live a happier and healthier life in Biose, Idaho. Unlike some of our other fitness classes, this class has a start date set for all newcomers so you'll have to stay tuned to ensure that you don't get left out.

Our most recent start date was May 1st for the "Earn our Burger Challenge." Why a burger? Eating a salad at a BBQ during the summer is boring. We want you to earn that burger and stay in shape through a twelve-week body shaping challenge.

Think of this class like group personal training. You'll get a way more affordable way to get in shape but still the same quality of training. Learn about body composition, obtain nutritional guidance, stay on track with check-ins, and workout to kickboxing cardio and boot camp style classes that will maximize results.

Kickboxing

Related to the Fitness Challenge is our Kickboxing classes. This is one of the largest calorie burning, fat melting workouts of the planet. Through this workout, you can expect to ignite your body and watch yourself obtain a new physical fitness level you never thought you could before.

Our classes are cardio kickboxing where you can even use your MyZone app with our MyZone enabled facility for no extra charge. While punching your 6' tall 270 lb punching bag with 14 oz gloves to the beat of the music, track your heart rate, zone, and calorie expenditure in real time!

You don't have to be in a certain shape to get started, and we keep our classes from 5 to 15 people so that you can get the personal time with a trainer to get you on the right track. If you join to get into shape for the first time in a while, you join 70% of the students that first join our classes so you know you'll never be alone!

Bootcamp Fit
We call our boot camp classes the Spartan Group Exercise or SGX for short. We had an original goal of creating this class so that our athletes could take part in the Spartan Races; however, over time, it became a popular way to get in shape for non-athletes as well.

In our boot camp, you can expect three phases to ensure the best total body conditioning possible. Each phase is a month long and stimulates the mind as well as the body. In phase one, you will work on core development, while in phase two, you will work on strength and stamina. Finally, in phase three, you will work on power to round off the whole system.

Unlike our fitness challenge, you can join these classes at any time. Check the page to see if the classes we offer will work for you. If so, get in contact with us to see when you can schedule your first class and get working.

Obstacle Fit

People that want to get in shape are often looking to build core strength, joint mobility, flexibility, power, and cardio. The process also results in fat loss and muscle gain but doesn't have to be running and gym time alone! Our Obstacle Fit class is a way to train to get into the best shape of your life or improve your ability to run courses like the American Ninja Warrior, Spartan Race, or Tough Mudder. Check out the page to see if any of the classes work for you and sign up to attend today!

Getting in shape doesn't have to be boring or monotonous. We offer exciting fitness classes meant to improve your shape and engage your mind. Which have you tried or which do you plan to go to?

What Our Clients Are Saying

Awesome place to take kiddos to use up their energy. Our son is almost 2. What I liked about this place was that we could join him in exploring the play area. The slides are big enough. They also have adult classes. I love their kickboxing class.

Becca M.

I have a 2 year old and an 8 month old. Mornings here are lovely when it's quiet- the 2 year old can climb and slide every where while the 8 month old can crawl around on the cushioned ground. The coffee is delicious too!
