Warped Wall Basics
- Run up to the warped wall, making sure you're last steps are explosive, and your last step on the floor is as close to the wall as possible.
- Plant you're first foot as high as you can on the warped wall, preferably waist height.
- As you take the next step, fix your eyes on the top of the wall, and bring your arms above your head
- On your last step, jump off of that foot, and grab the top of the wall with both hands
Pro Tip-When you can do the warped wall consistently, start practicing it with less and less run up.
