Basics to Cliffhanger
Pro Tip- This obstacle uses a lot of finger strength, so try building up strength in your fingers by completing a 30 second dead hang on the obstacle, before attempting to traverse across.
- Grab onto the Cliffhanger with both hands.
- Swing your body sideways, while at the same time moving one hand further along the obstacle.
- Repeat with opposite hand, in order to traverse along the obstacle.
- Lache. Try to Lache from another obstacle nearby, onto the Cliffhanger.
- Supinated Grip. Traverse along the obstacle with hands in a supinated grip.
