Rumbling Dice Tutorial
Instructions
Ensure that you have adequate padding below you AND a SPOTTER!
Basic Technique
Caution- The Rumbling Dice weighs about 40 pounds and can cause injury if done wildly and without a spotter. Your spotter should stop you if the dice is moving close to the edge. Use control and finesse to perform this obstacle.
Basic Technique
- Grab both bottom bars with each hand.
- Do a pull up and grab the upper bar on the side that you want to traverse on.
- Move the other hand to the bar directly below.
- Using a small swing from the body and pulling down with the upper hand will cause the dice to turn.
- Grab both bottom bars with each hand.
- Do a pull up and grab the upper bar on the side that you want to traverse on.
- Swing your body to one side and then tighten your core to make your body straight and rigid. This will make your body act like a lever to turn the dice.
