Flying Bar Basics
- Grab onto the Flying Bar using a switch grip
- Generate momentum by kicking your legs up in front of you, but stay in control, so that the bar doesn't come out of the cradle
- While on the forward upswing, pull yourself forward, while holding on the bar, and let the momentum carry you to the next cradle
- Pronated grip. Grab the bar in a pronated grip, and try the obstacle this way. This technique may feel more natural, although you will have less control over your movements.
- Skipping Cradles. Try getting a little more momentum, in an attempt to skip a cradle, and double you're lache distance.
