Join Our Team

Want to Be a Motioneer?

We're always looking for amazing people to join our team of Motioneers. Check out what our past Motioneers have said about being apart of the team.
“Its pretty hard to look back and call it a job, or work, when I had the opportunity to swing from ropes up high, race kids down slides, and prepare delicious food!

What really makes Bodies In Motion a unique and fun place to work is the team atmosphere. Everyone is working together to move towards the same goal of healthy and happy bodies, which I love.

To this day I still talk with one of my best friends, or should I say teammates, that I got to interact with during my time at BIM. Beyond the team, being given the freedom and responsibilities with a potential to grow is what set me up for success in my future endeavors.

I’m forever thankful for my chance to become part of the team and call myself a Motioneer!”

Adam Branstetter - BS; Exercise Science, Head Strength & Conditioning Coach at Auckland Strength & Conditioning, Auckland, New Zealand

"I attribute most of my professional success to BIM. I worked with Duncan and Rachel throughout my teenage years, and even during college. I say I worked “with” them and not “for” them because that’s the dynamic Duncan and Rachel create while you work at BIM.

They foster communication and love to hear input from everyone on the team. When I had an idea, they listened. They would talk to me about the legitimacies of implementing my ideas. I felt important. It built my confidence. It taught me to work hard to build something amazing for my community. Duncan and Rachel encourage my growth and praised my success.
The skills I developed while working there put me ahead of others in the work force. After college I moved and got another amazing job. The college degree didn’t put me ahead of the other applicants, it was my experience at BIM; it was what we talked about for most of my interview!

I love Duncan and Rachel and see them as family. Working at BIM was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made."
Kayla Mellville - Residency Program Coordinator at U of H, Honolulu, Hawaii
"I started at Bodies In Motion as I was graduating from high school. When I started, I figured this job was going to  mean nothing, and just be a place to work so I could pay for college.

What I didn’t realize is that I would make lifelong friends, experience what a good company looks like, and solidify what I wanted to do with the rest of my life.

Part of Bodies in Motion is camaraderie, the idea that their employees are friendly and get along well with each other.

At BIM, I made many good friends, and one that I still hang out with to this day, and count as a close, trusted friend.

Anyone who has ever worked there has come out of BIM with at least one person to call a close friend!"
Joel Munn - Boise School District Teacher

"It’s hard to classify my time at BIM as working. It felt more like play. I made lifelong friends among my coworkers and learned a great deal about conflict resolution, communication, and leadership.

The management was very understanding and flexible with regards to my other commitments as a college student and gave me a great home for the summer!"
Maddie Bernardo - Studying Science of Biology Pre-Med University of Utah
"Working at Bodies in Motion has been one of the most wonderful work opportunities that I have had.

Immediately upon starting work there I felt a sense of place and importance as an employee.

I knew that I would be given ample responsibility and treated as equally important to other employees who had been there much longer than I had.

The opportunities I had at BIM really have benefited my leadership and empathetic skills especially with the kids there. Being able to lead camps and after school programs helped me a lot to better connect with the kids and better understand how to be a positive influence in their lives.

I'm so happy that I got to be a part of the BIM family. It's an amazing place to work and I cherish my time working there."

Bennett Christensen - Studying at BYU

What Our Clients Are Saying

Awesome place to take kiddos to use up their energy. Our son is almost 2. What I liked about this place was that we could join him in exploring the play area. The slides are big enough. They also have adult classes. I love their kickboxing class.

Becca M.

I have a 2 year old and an 8 month old. Mornings here are lovely when it's quiet- the 2 year old can climb and slide every where while the 8 month old can crawl around on the cushioned ground. The coffee is delicious too!
