Ensure that you have adequate padding below you!
FLYWHEEL TECHNIQUE
Pro Tip- Practice Lache first so that you can learn how to generate momentum with the body and become comfortable throwing yourself through the air.
FLYWHEEL TECHNIQUE
- Jump up and grab a flywheel with hands in a switch grip position, with you're body facing forwards.
- Generate momentum by kicking your legs up in front of you.
- On the back swing, arch your back so your legs swing up behind you.
- While on the forward upswing, pull yourself forward and let the momentum carry you to the next Flywheel.
