Traversing the Obstacle
- Generate momentum by swinging your legs back and forth.
- When your legs are swinging forward, pull with the arms and allow your hands to come off the bridge and re-grab further down the obstacle.
- Walk the gap and develop your skill on the second, more unstable bridge.
- Measure the gap gap and practice a lache of the same distance on one of the two bridges.
- Once you're able to lache the distance of the gap, you're ready. Make sure you have a mat below you!
