SO MUCH FUN!! This was my first time on a ropes course and I had to go out of my comfort zone a little but it was a great experience! The staff there were all very friendly and helpful. The Bodies In Motion guys on the ropes with the rest of us were awesome and there in a flash to help when I was having trouble maneuvering through one of the steps on the course. This was such a great evening with my family, we went on Saturday, Jan. 13th. We did the cosmic rope course and had so much fun. The employees were amazing and went out of their way to help us and make it fun! Our reservation was lost and they stayed late to put our party of 8 through the coarse after the first group. Thank you Sam and Mattie!!! Afterwards Mattie showed us some Ninja Warrior events and tricks to do them. I went with my girlfriend over the weekend. We had such a blast. Totally exhausted when done. Upper body strength is a must. This a such a confidence builder and test of you ability to release fear of height and accept the laws of physics. It also challenges the mind. I was the oldest one there (56 yo), and the youngest was probably 10 yo. The safety harness came in handy towards the end. I TOTALLY needed it on the last two swings. Come prepared for a good time, the rope course is a blast! We are definitely going back. If you are like us and have kids, then there is a lot for them to do while you are on the ropes. My kids are young and felt left out, and cried while we were up on the ropes. The staff was great! and got them distracted and playing until we were finished. My husband and I went to the couple ropes course for a date night. First off, it is a smoking deal. We only had to pay $50 which included the ropes course AND dinner. There are gluten free optionsfor dinner but not many. I had the Fiesta Salad which was good and much appreciated after the workout from the ropes course. Husband had the buffalo chicken flatbread. He said it was good though he wish he could add more spice.

All this being said, you don't go for the food. You go because it is an awesome adventure to do with your sweetheart. Sooo much better than your typical dinner and drinks.

What really made the night special was how amazing our instructor was. He was patient, funny and encouraging. Wish I could remember his name...what can I say I am old.

It is really hard to find more fun indoors in Boise than Bodies in Motion. A million programs, martial arts, indoor ropes course, giant play structure, coffee and lunch, it is perfect really.

My 11 year old daughter and I love coming here and doing the ropes course. It has high, challenging obstacles that are fun and completely safe ... but give kids (and adults) a chance to feel safely out of control while learning to lead and navigate obstacles. You'll climb, swing, jump, pull, and rappel your way around a course that requires balance, strength, coordination and courage. Most importantly, you'll have a blast.

The owners Duncan and Rachael have put together a team of people to rival Disney. They are so focused on ensuring your experience is perfect every time that you almost forget you only drove a few minutes to have so much fun.

Plenty of parking, easy to get into, REAL service. And, if you just want to let the kids play while you enjoy a beverage, there is plenty of room for that too.
