The Happy New Rear Challenge is a 10-week system that enables you to be successful with fitness and nutrition.
During the first week, we’re going to get you so invigorated to succeed, you’ll become unstoppable. Have you heard of the “runners high?” People that exercise are experiencing a runners high.
A runners high is merely a brain cocktail of mood-boosting neurotransmitters, consisting of endorphins, dopamine, norepinephrine, and serotonin that will keep your cortisol in check!
Week 1 of our challenge is to teach your brain to have this neurotransmitting cocktail on tap and ready to serve the moment you look at the clock and see that it’s time to workout.

Q. What if I have to miss class due to work or other obligations?
A. No problem. This means you’re just like everyone else in the program who is juggling work, kids, and a sore throat you picked up from volunteering in your kids school. We provide you with workouts that you can do when you’re travelling and don’t have equipment. These workouts can be easily adjusted to 15 minutes, 30 minutes or 45 minutes.
Q. How many days a week are we required to come?
A. If you can attend at least 4 classes a week, you’ll benefit from the program. If you attend 6 days per week, you will be catapulted to a new level. You should plan to commit yourself 4 to 5 days per week for 10 weeks. After that, you can scale back a day or two. You can go back to your regular exercise routine. Or, you can continue at this frequency to achieve even higher goals.
We had one person sign up knowing she could only make it 3 days per week. She knew she would do NOTHING to improve her health if she didn’t sign up at all. She still saw benefit from the program, and continued signing up for several years.
Q. Can I bring my kids to play while I workout?
A. Of course. We have a super cool indoor playground that your children can enjoy at no charge, so long as they’re your own kiddos. We also have a martial arts and ninja warrior program for kids in the evenings.
Q. I can’t make it to the first day of the challenge. Is that a problem?
A. Although there is a benefit to starting the program with everyone, if you can’t make it, you can’t make it and we’ll work to help you out. After the launch of the program, we’ll determine who was not able to make it, and we’ll schedule a make up day for them.
Q. Can I do this program with a friend or spouse?
A. Uh, you should do this program with a friend or spouse. Then, agree to be accountability partners throughout the program. And, if you do this with a spouse, you'll save 20%!
Q. I’m not in shape. Should I be, in order to start this program?
A. This is like asking if your child should get better at math before hiring a tutor. We are starting folks in this program who are all shapes and sizes and all fitness levels.
But, to answer the question… No. Although each class is filled with camaraderie and caring coaches, your workout is independent in nature. In fact, many of our students who have become super fit have done so because they started from ground zero. This is another reason why we have great “non-judgey” people in our classes.
