We love Bodies In Motion! I cannot say enough about their staff. My oldest has been going there since she was 4. We did the preschool program, KinderCare, and the after-school program. They know my whole family by first name including my little one who is only 2.:) My daughter always comments on how Mr. Dugan is so much fun and plays with them. Not to mention their workouts are frickin awesome! - Rebecca Bout; 5 stars Facebook
Bodies in Motion is a unique facility that offers adult fitness, obstacle course for children, a preschool, martial arts for all ages, food services, as well as parent's night outs. I have visited Bodies in Motion many times and each time the customer service has been top-notch and the building (to include bathrooms) are always clean. I am grateful this facility is in my area of town! This is a great place to bring kids to play while the parents can kick up their heels and relax! - Brandi R; 5 stars Google
There's No Place Like Home! At least that is how it feels when you walk in the door at Bodies in Motion. My son started the Little Ninja program two years ago.
We were there for the grand opening and continue to come almost daily. I have been so impressed with the general atmosphere, positive spirit of the owners, staff and other patrons.
My son continues with his taekwondo and has also been a pre-school student. He LOVES it! He is excited to show me his projects and talk about the letter he learned each week. He loves to have open play and is motivated to build his character and strength in the taekwondo class.
As for myself, I thoroughly enjoy visiting with other parents, relaxing, sometimes meeting business associates here. And with all the parents around, it seems we are the village raising our kids. We all pitch in and look out for one another.
On top of all the awesome programs, camps, parent's night out, pre-school, after-school pick-up/care and more...Bodies in Motion puts on great parties! Sure, there are awesome birthday parties, but I am talking about Halloween and Easter. Haunted house and egg hunt. I have made it a number one event to attend because my son and nieces/nephews/friends/cousins love it so much.
You would think the owners couldn't make it any better but they did right from the start. Inside is Sandella's Flatbread Cafe. My son loves the pepperoni flatbread pizza and hot chocolate. I love the Greek Salad and lattes.
Then it gets even better. The open play area has comfortable seating for the adults to visit, read a book or whatever.
The kids have playhouses, tunnels and slides, dress up costumes, train tracks, beyblades, lego blocks, Wii (this is really fun to watch the crowd gather for this activity), room to run and friends to run with until they drop. My son usually only wants to leave because he can hardly keep his eyes open after all the activity.
Oh, and did I mention it is incredibly cool to watch the ropes course. I admit, I have not yet found the courage to go up but put it on my bucket list.
And for anyone concerned with cleanliness, no worries there either. The staff does a great job of tidying up the play area on a regular basis including wiping down the play structure. So...come one, come all...join this awesome and big extended family. You are always welcome at the home of Bodies in Motion! - Anonymous; 5 stars Google
