Instructions
Ensure that you have adequate padding below the Wingnuts when attempting this obstacle.
The Kick
Pro Tip- Practice Lache first so that you can learn how to generate momentum with the body and become comfortable throwing yourself through the air.
The Kick
- Bend your knees and then extend your legs as high as you can to one side. As you swing down repeat the process on the other side. Repeat this until you've generated enough momentum.
- Release your hands on the upward swing and grab the other Wingnut.
