Traversing Flying Squirrel
- Grab onto the first set of bars with both hands.
- Generate momentum by kicking your legs up in front of you.
- On the back swing, arch your back so your legs swing up behind you.
- While on the forward upswing, pull yourself forward and let the momentum carry you to the next bar set of bars.
