Boise bootcamp

Bootcamp Fitness Without Any Yelling
Picture
We call our bootcamp fitness class, SGX. Short for Spartan Group Exercise. Originally, this class was intended to train Spartan Race athletes. Then, it became popular for all of our non-racing athletes.

SGX is a conditioning fitness class designed to increase strength, mobility, flexibility, and cardiovascular endurance . The approach is unique, in the sense that we break total body conditioning into 3 phases. Each phase, 1 month long, not only stimulates the body, but also the mind. SGX workouts do not get mundane, because each month has a new objective.
  • Phase 1 is core development and stability training.
  • Phase 2 is strength and stamina.
  • Phase 3 is power
As a result of this fun, effective, and stimulating way of training, we have attracted racers, non-racers, and heck people who haven't exercised in years. And, the best part... you work with the camaraderie of a group, but yet you exercise independently and at your own pace and ability.

Become EmPOWERed!

We are Committed to Igniting Activity and Encouraging Empowerment. It's our purpose! It's why we exist as a company. Our instructors are here to light a fire under you and help you realize what you're truly made of. And, when our students recognize their potential, empowerment shows up.

Real, sustainable results in 30 days!
  • Improved strength and muscle toning
  • Boosted cardiovascular health
  • Unwavering confidence in your newfound abilities

Bodies in Motion is also a MyZone enabled facility. This means, for no extra monthly charge, you can track your heart rate, zone, and calorie expenditure in real time!

Depending on the class, and the person wearing the MyZone band, we see calorie expenditures as high as 1,100 in just a single class, with an average of about 700. It's a fun way to motivate yourself to train, and to train harder.

What Our Clients Are Saying

Awesome place to take kiddos to use up their energy. Our son is almost 2. What I liked about this place was that we could join him in exploring the play area. The slides are big enough. They also have adult classes. I love their kickboxing class.

Becca M.

I have a 2 year old and an 8 month old. Mornings here are lovely when it's quiet- the 2 year old can climb and slide every where while the 8 month old can crawl around on the cushioned ground. The coffee is delicious too!
