We call our bootcamp fitness class, SGX. Short for Spartan Group Exercise. Originally, this class was intended to train Spartan Race athletes. Then, it became popular for all of our non-racing athletes.
SGX is a conditioning fitness class designed to increase strength, mobility, flexibility, and cardiovascular endurance . The approach is unique, in the sense that we break total body conditioning into 3 phases. Each phase, 1 month long, not only stimulates the body, but also the mind. SGX workouts do not get mundane, because each month has a new objective.

Bodies in Motion is also a MyZone enabled facility. This means, for no extra monthly charge, you can track your heart rate, zone, and calorie expenditure in real time!
Depending on the class, and the person wearing the MyZone band, we see calorie expenditures as high as 1,100 in just a single class, with an average of about 700. It's a fun way to motivate yourself to train, and to train harder.
