Pro Tip- This obstacle requires a repetitive pullup motion to complete it, so practicing pullups is the best way to excel at this obstacle.
Basics to Invisible Ladder
- Grab rings with both hands, and pull yourself up into a locked off position.
- Straighten your right arm, and then pull yourself up back into the locked of position.
- Repeat with the left arm.
- Alternate straightening your arms until you reach the top.
- Try using different holds instead of the rings to make this obstacle more challenging. Alternate holds can be found in the Ninja Warrior room.
