Lache Tutorial
Instructions
Ensure that you have adequate padding below you!
Basics to Lache
Pro Tip- Practice releasing with as little amount of swings as possible. Work toward just having to swing one time before you lache. The longer you swing, the more you will fatigue your grip.
Basics to Lache
- Generate momentum by kicking your legs up in front of you.
- On the back swing, arch your back so your legs swing up behind you.
- While on the forward upswing, pull yourself forward and let the momentum carry you to the next bar.
- Switch Grab. This technique helps you spin quickly if you want to return.
- Reverse Grab. This helps with your ability to spin return quickly and more smoothly. In addition to that, it's just a super fun way to grab the bar.
- 180 Lache. This is just an all around important skill to have as a ninja warrior athlete.
