Previously, we’ve done a lot of talking about fitness for children and adults. However, we offer much more than simple fitness classes. While Bodies in Motion may have started with just one class but we now have over ten separate and distinct offerings. Today, we’re talking about five of the other classes we offer and how they help people grow better and stronger.

Martial Arts

Duncan Richardson, the Bodies in Motion founder, along with his wife Rachel, have been teaching martial arts for over 20 years. As such, they have created a program that empowers children and develops character in every single class.

Bodies in Motion tries to create a stimulating class that ignites activity, builds self-defense skills, character, and lets children have fun with each session. Upon going through this class, children and adults can learn these valuable skills alongside making connections and friendships with others.

Open Play

Open plat is the most basic class we offer. It’s where your children (from one year up) can enjoy tearing through a massive play structure where they can build, play, or create in a safe and friendly environment. Allowing children to play in this type of space enables them to expend energy where rain and outside forces will not interfere.

They will be able to use their minds to come up with games and complete obstacle courses. Depending on the day you come, we have daily specials during open play to further encourage creativity. These include the Mini Ninja Warrior Challenge, Art Attack Wednesdays, and Disco Party Friday!

Ninja Warrior

Speaking of the Ninja Warrior, did you know that’s a class we offer? We offer three separate ways to complete our Ninja Warrior training. First, the Ninja Warrior Experience. It’s the perfect way for first timers or couples looking for a date or a new activity to try.

Next, the Kids Ninja Warrior Classes. Your child will be able to improve strength balance, and agility as well as self-control and positivity though these classes designed for ages 5 to 13. Finally, our Ninja Open Gym and Competitions will give all ages a reason to test and develop their skills on their own.

Team Building

Adults looking to build bonds within their company will love our team building classes. Offering options for a four-person team or a 150 person team, we can help you form relationships and become a more effective force.

Through Axe Throwing, Missionpossible, Team Building Express, Ninja Warrior VS Ropes Course, and Escape Ropes you will be able to choose a course that represents your team and help to focus on trust, connection, and positivity.

Ropes Course

If you’re looking for a way to challenge yourself, a ropes course is the perfect way to do so. Our three versions of the ropes course will help you to test your skill, work as a team, and problem solve. Adults and children 10 and up will be able to enjoy this activity.

If you’re interested in black lights and a glow in the dark course, you can try a cosmic rope adventure or cosmic rope birthday for a ropes course shrouded in darkness with black lights, music, and disco lights. On the other hand, those looking for a traditional challenge can try their hand at open or escape ropes!

What Our Clients Are Saying

Awesome place to take kiddos to use up their energy. Our son is almost 2. What I liked about this place was that we could join him in exploring the play area. The slides are big enough. They also have adult classes. I love their kickboxing class.

Becca M.

I have a 2 year old and an 8 month old. Mornings here are lovely when it's quiet- the 2 year old can climb and slide every where while the 8 month old can crawl around on the cushioned ground. The coffee is delicious too!
