First Interstate Bank and Bodies in Motion are Proud to Present David Goggins 4x4x48 Challenge
The rules are simple. Run 4 miles every 4 hours for 48 hours.
12 runs (9 pm, 1 am, 5 am, 9 am, 1 pm, 5 pm and so on). If you can't run, you walk. Or, choose to challenge yourself in another way by rowing or doing a set of prescribed exercises that will last about 45 minutes.

What's the Point of the 4x4x48?
To do something hard and uncomfortable. You might be using this as a way to raise money or awareness to a cause. Or, maybe you want to explore what you're made of. Whatever it is, you'll be doing this with the support and camaraderie of a team.
