Igniting Activity and Empowering Teams Everyday At Bodies In Motion

Our team building division of Bodies in Motion delivers top notch, professional, and effective experiential programs to companies of all sizes.

Whether you're a large company with 150 people or a small firm of 4, we can help empower your team, build trust and communication.

Another notable trait about our team building is that it’s BEYOND normal!

Mission Possible Team Building

Get ready as you and your team quickly transform into special agents, on a mission to crack the code of a foreign king pin who threatens to steal something dear to all Americans.

Your field training will involve tactical ground initiatives, self-defense training, and last, but not least, high ropes training intermixed with cryptology. Don’t let the description scare you. We’re not trying to make a Tom Cruise film or anything

At some point or another many of us have fantasized over having Jason Bourne-like abilities. This particular workshop allows just that in a safe and exciting environment. Your facilitators will make this experience ultra fun and exciting.

Ninja Warrior vs Ropes Course Team Building

Picture
This is one of our most popular team building workshops. We create 2 teams within your group.

One group will take to the High Ropes Course, where they will accumulate as many points as possible taking on tasks laid out by our instructors.

The other team will hit the Ninja Warrior room where they’ll learn various Parkour and Ninja Warrior skills. Then, they’ll start accumulating points based on the number of obstacles they can complete.

Don’t worry about not being a Ninja Warrior. We’ve got ways for your team to earn points, through camaraderie.

After 1 hour, the teams will switch and the point accumulation process will continue. Once both teams have earned points for their Ninja Warrior & Ropes Course experience, we bring them together to announce which team has earned the champion title.

Participants: 4 to 40

Cost: $38 to $43 (tax included) depending on group size.
Estimated time: 2 hour

Team Building Reviews

I think everyone enjoyed the challenge as well as the different game options we got to play and compete in. Our axe-pert was excellent, friendly and had a great sense of humor.

It was fun seeing everyone tackle the activity in their own way. I would definitely recommend axe throwing and Bodies in Motion to any group!

We had a group of about 30-40 people come in for a fun team building night!

The owner and staff were amazing, keeping the entire night so much fun for us all. There was never a moment of feeling unsafe.

They clearly knew how to communicate to us all on the most efficient ways to accomplish each task.

I know we will all be sore in the morning, but thank you for the great night. Our team is stronger now because of you!

We used Bodies in Motion for a conference team-building activity, and I could not recommend them enough! From the very beginning, it is apparent how much work went into each activity. The staff is incredible knowledgeable, supportive and enthusiastic.

They made our conference attendees really break out of their shell and push them (an appropriate amount) outside of their comfort zones while connecting it to real-world leadership skills. Overall they created an awesome adventure for our attendees. Thank you, Bodies in Motion!

What Our Clients Are Saying

Awesome place to take kiddos to use up their energy. Our son is almost 2. What I liked about this place was that we could join him in exploring the play area. The slides are big enough. They also have adult classes. I love their kickboxing class.

I have a 2 year old and an 8 month old. Mornings here are lovely when it's quiet- the 2 year old can climb and slide every where while the 8 month old can crawl around on the cushioned ground. The coffee is delicious too!
