The Ultimate Body Challenge
Renegade instructors flips the fat loss industry on it's
ear and leave's the "experts" scratching their heads
wondering...
"How can Hundreds and Hundreds of People in Boise, Eagle,
Meridian, and Nampa be Burning an AVERAGE of 7% Bodyfat,
Building Lean, Muscle, and Feeling Like They are 10 Years
Younger?"
Meet
Joel Sheldon. Joel hit rock bottom in his life when we
met him. He was fed up, depressed, and finally… fed up
with being depressed. Just after one UBC program, Joel
became hooked! He fell in love with being alive and
feeling great.
Joel did another UBC program, back to back, and the
result is what you see here. So after 20 weeks of
following our nutritional philosophy and doing our
workouts, this was the end result.
Joel started the UBC at 210 lbs and 28.52% bodyfat. He
ended at 189 lbs and 14.77% bodyfat.
Kendal, a lot like Joel, reached a breaking point in her
life as well where she decided enough was enough. For
years, Kendal sat on the sidelines watching her son
excel at Taekwondo. Who, by the way, earned a Black
Belt! She was the ultimate mom! The mom that makes the
sacrifices for the family, but then leaves very little
to no time for herself.
Finally, she decided to enroll in the Thai-Robics class
that started right after her son’s class. It was the
drink she needed, because it grabbed a hold of her and
didn’t let go. She decided to bump it up a notch and
joined the UBC.
Then, took it up another notch and
became one of our academy's top instructors. Kendal lost
67 pounds!
Dear Friends & Students,
I cannot take it anymore! If I have to hear another ad
about the simplicity of exercise and weight loss, I'm
going to puke! I apologize for my language, but
seriously... enough is enough!
1. You cannot make the progress Joel and Kendal did by
taking some pill.
2. You cannot and will not develop an amazing body by
doing some revolutionary, never seen before exercise, as
seen on TV, for just 10 minutes a day.
Let me start from the beginning. This is why a body
looks the way it looks-
It adapts to its environment. If you work a horse
everyday, it becomes muscular and trim. If a horse is
confined to a pasture and grazes day in and day out, it
becomes overweight and the muscles become weak.
Now, there are differences between a horse and a human,
but the tendencies are exactly the same. A dog that
sleeps all day, but runs on the weekend still becomes
fat. It's not human nature, it's just nature. We develop
muscles because our body needs them. We get rid of body
fat because we expend more calories than we take in.
That is it! Don't let clever marketing ads fool you into
believing anything different.
I had a respected individual tell me, "...if you write
stuff like this, you're not going to appeal to
everyone." Do you know what my response was? "Yes!!!
Exactly... I don't want to appeal to everyone!" I want
to appeal to a certain audience and that is it.
Normally, people in marketing don't actually reveal who
their "target audience" is. It's considered "behind the
scenes" information.
Here is our target audience.
1. Individuals in their 30's or 40's. (My students in
their 50's shake a fist at me for this one. If you're 50
and up, but won't succumb to society peer pressure to
"act your age", you will fit in at our academy)
2. Individuals that once lead an active lifestyle, but
somehow let it slip away over the years.
3. Individuals that are eager for two reasons:
a. They are fed up with how they look and feel.
b. They want a program that will challenge them.
Number 2 and 3 usually cuts out those that are looking
for something magical.
During our January 2011 UBC, we shared with people
midterm body compositions. I am excited to share with
you that 100% of our students, that I tested, either
burned body fat, built muscle mass or both. Some of them
lost 15 pounds of fat... in just 5 weeks!!!
Here is the best part...
Everyone has made this progress naturally. We don't sell
supplements, and we don't have some sort of mystery pill
or potion that "melts the fat away", and allows you to
pig out, fill your arteries with plaque, and basically
kill yourself at the same time. Sorry, but I get worked
up when marketers for these pills try and convince us
that we can sit on our butts, eat whatever we want, and
look like Angelina Jolie.
Our secret is 3 rock solid, time tested, iron clad, no
bologna principles. 1. A sound nutritional program used
by elite athletes. 2. A resistance training program
known as Sport Fusion that will literally rock your
body. 2. A mega calorie burning, sweat dumping,
kickboxing style class developed by myself and my
professional boxing sister- Mia St. John.
By the way, my name is Duncan Richardson, and I'm the
founder of The Academy of World Taekwondo, and the
popular 10 week fitness program- The Ultimate Body
Challenge (UBC). Every year we have over a hundred
people go through our UBC programs, and I'm proud to say
that 99% of them are happy with the results they see.
What Is The Program?
How about I start with what the UBC is not:
The UBC is not a diet where you are going to be expected
to eat like a little bird.
The UBC is not a program where you'll have all sorts of
supplements recommended to you.
The UBC is not a wonder potion that can be drank to
achieve magical results.
Now... For What The UBC Is!
But, Don't Read Any Further, Unless...
1. You're female, and...
a. you're not happy with your body since you've had
kids.
b. you've tried every diet and have had no luck.
c. you wish you could wear anything you want, including
nothing, and feel GREAT!
d. you haven't done anything JUST for yourself in quite
a while.
2. You're male, and...
a. you too, somehow, can't seem to shed the extra weight
since the kids were born.
b. you work too much, and you don't give anytime to your
health and you don't want to end up having a heart
attack.
c. you used to be pretty active, and played sports when
you were younger, and you loved how it felt to be
strong, flexible and energized.
d. golf just isn't cutting it.
The UBC is more of a philosophy as opposed to a diet, or
a monotonous gym routine. That is simply because diets
and boring gym routines eventually come to an end, and a
philosophy doesn't. In the UBC we teach you how to eat
in a manner that utilizes fat as energy as opposed to
storing it on your hips and gut. We'll hold your hand
until you can understand how to eat to unlock those fat
stores and begin using them for energy.
You will literally burn more calories, with every
breathe you take, just by being in this program.
Seriously... this program is specifically designed to
put your metabolism into high gear!
Now, I don't expect you to take my word for it... See
what some of our UBC students have said about the
program.
So I woke up this morning dreading the thought I would be pinched,
weighed and measured in a couple of hours, but I knew I
needed to go and get it over with. I've been feeling
better and my clothes have been fitting better, so I
honestly was a little curious on what I would learn today.
As I got on the scale I felt my first taste of victory- I
had lost weight! It wasn't anything like on the
Biggest Loser but the scale was finally a friend to me.
The measurements also proved to be good news.
For years I have tried to get to this point by going to the gym,
but I never would push myself to the point where I really
felt sore, weak and exhausted. I feel all of these
after each work out with Duncan or Rachel- and I have to say
it's a good pain! I have also tried almost every diet
out there and spent hundreds of dollars on "the magic weight
loss pill", none of these have worked and if anything my
body got more screwed up. I feel my body went into a
little bit of a shock when starting the UBC program. I
was eating better, not taking any diet pills and I'm working
out about 5 days a week, and that was not normal for me.
Now that I am on the right track I am losing weight the
right way and I feel and look stronger. I think that
is a key comment right there for everyone -Do
it the right wayand
eventually your body will kick in, and you will feel better
with each pound lost and each pound of muscle gained.
I can say proudly for the first time that I lost this weight
by eating better and more (then I'm used to) and working
out.
I am glad that I chose to do the UBC program!I love the program and
have a lot of fun - I feel more energetic and alive after
I work out each day with you guys! You guy's are great!
Thank you!
I am loving
the classes. I love the group, I love the work out, I
love the time. Thanks for running such a great
program!
If I don’t see you tomorrow, I’ll see you Friday.
Loved the SPARTA
class today, Duncan, it was great! Although I am quite sore
now... but a good sore.
I have a few comments and questions regarding the Tuesday
Fusion class, which was great!
Your high energy and encouragement makes me want to come
every morning! I have to say...I'm sore today. My
legs are feeling the repercussions from Mondays workout and
I'm sure my abs, arms and back will feel tight and sore
tomorrow! This is the type of workout I needed to
change up my exercise routine. I cannot tell you
enough how impressed I am with your UBC program!
See you in the am....

Are YOU Ready To Become Part of The Action?
I feel like saying, "Psych!!" As much as we'd love to have you as a part of this program, we're not quite ready to have you sign up.
1. We need to make sure you're serious! Seriously! We don't want deadbeats in this program. We want people that are going to listen to us and work their tail off. Did I scare you off? If so, good! Because students join this program to build a new body! I'm sure you can respect my boldness. It's unethical for me to sugar coat our marketing and make lazy people believe they can get stronger, look great, feel great, and all they have to do is show up.
2. We need to give priority spots to those students who are already in the present UBC. Many of those students are going to continue! I suggest you get on our waiting list. We will keep you posted with emails specific to our UBC program. We'll even invite you to our UBC blog so you can follow the rest of the current UBC program.
How Much is Nutrition and How Much is Exercise in Looking Great?
We provide the coaching and guidance for you to become successful. In fact, we’ll practically hold your hand until you understand how to tackle this nutrition issue. And, let me tell you… it’s needs to be tackled because ong>it’s 70 to 80 percent of the whole “stellar physique” equation.
We'll take care of the training part. You’re thinking, “Yeah, show up and get my rear end kicked.” Well, yes. I was actually going to write something a little more softer, but decided against it as the words appeared on my screen. Yes, the bold truth is that we are going to give you a killer, head to toe, sweat pouring, exciting workout. I did say, “exciting.” Thai-Robics- a class set to music. You wear boxing gloves and you knock the snot out of a punching bag with punches and kicks.
The other part of the program is Sport Fusion. You will be surprised with a new sport every single week. You will actually train like that particular athlete for one week, then we’re on to a different sport. Try and get that diversity in a gym, lifting the same weights over and over again.
So here it is...
The Ultimate Body Challenge
Fitness & Body Evaluations- 3 Body compositions (We need the information if we’re going to achieve goals, right?), strength testing, coaching, hand holding, scolding, congratulating, you name it. Anything to motivate you to reach your goals.
Nutritional Guidance- Give a man a fish and he eats for a day. Teach him how to eat and he looks good his whole life. By the end, you’ll understand how to eat foods that taste good and how to achieve superior results with your physique.
>
Sport Fusion- 30 exciting classes that allow you to train like an athlete, and will essentially make you look like one as well.
Thai-Robics- Another 30 classes punching and kicking your way to your ultimate body.
The UBC Manual- It’s our way of keeping track of how you’re doing. This manual recaps EVERYTHING we talk about in the orientation meeting and provides you with nutritional guidance and logs so we can look over your shoulder and help you look your best.
Boxing Gloves- Hey… there’s nothing like getting cool stuff. In fact, we have people that do the UBC every year, partly to get a new set of boxing gloves.
Unlimited Group Fitness Classes- As a UBC students, you'll also have VIP access to all of our other programs like PiYo, Zumba, and FightFit.
Does this program sound expensive?
Well, it is! It’s expensive if you consider the new clothes you’re going to have to buy. It’s expensive if you compare it to a Caramel Macchiato, whole milk, and whip cream.
It’s inexpensive if you compare it to:
□ Looking good in the mirror
□ Life longevity
□ More energy
□ More stamina
□ Lower cholesterol
□ Better flexibility
□ Relieved stress
□ Reduction in the chance of heart disease
Shall I keep going?
□ More confidence
□ Setting an example for your kids by exercising and eating healthy
□ Reduced chance of injury
□ Less joint & back pain
□ Better focus throughout the day
□ Better sleep at night
□ Stronger legs, arms, shoulders, back, and abs
This program is for 10 weeks and we offer classes at 6 am, 9:15 am, 12:15 pm and 6 pm.
We begin Feb. 13th. The tuition (supplies and tax included) is $299.
Need help convincing yourself on $299? How about $4.98 a class. Thai-Robics alone is $9 per drop in.
Some people ask, “What if I don’t change?” You will! We’ve taught this program long enough that we can guarantee it. If you don’t change after doing the program for 10 weeks, we will refund your money.
**********
Important Updated Information: Dec. 9th***********
If we don't improve your body, we will refund your tuition 100%. AND... not only will we refund your tuition, we will DOUBLE the refund amount ($598). There is one catch... you have to show up!
Secondly, if you really, really want to do the UBC, we will
allow you to make payments on the UBC. Just send me an email
or call us, stating why you really want to do the UBC, and
we'll work up a doable payment plan for you.
